I was tired of commercial companies lackluster products. So I started searching around for something better. I cook a lot, I spent good money on my chefs set, so now I ponied up to some better steak knives. They cut meat with ease, plus they look great. I would highly recommend adding these to your kitchens arsenal

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, not only was the company so helpful whenever I thought my package was left and they were going to be sure it going to my house on time! Luckily the actual one I ordered made it! My boyfriend’s LOVES these knives. (He is the cook) and said they are some of the best he has ever owned and he gives them 5 stars as well!

An excellent knife for vegetables and boneless meat. I mistakenly used it to process a chicken carcass and created a small chip in the blade striking bone. But the damage was repaired and the steel sharpened back to a razors edge well. A great tool in the kitchen when used for it's intended purpose.

I got these as a Christmas present for my dad. He absolutely loves them, and couldn't get over how pretty the blades are. When he was done admiring the blades, he was very eager to use them. First thing he cut was an onion. He was amazed by how smoothly the blade cut through it. It's been a month and he will still randomly call out to me from the kitchen to tell me how amazingly sharp they are!

These are the very BEST steak knives I ever owned. They are very sharp and stay that way, easy to clean, very comfortable to hold while using and- they are beautiful! What else can one ask for? Worth the price and more.

After using a friend of mine’s knife I decided that my wife and I have been missing out. I took it upon myself to do a little research and after deciding on this knife set I decided to risk my manhood and bring it up to my wife that I wanted to make a larger purchase than we could really afford. After some careful nagging on my part she finally relented and I will say “She loves them!” They are super sharp and exactly what I was hoping for.

The product came and the box was a little smashed up from the mail so I was worried but they did a great job protecting the knife in the packaging and it was unscathed! The knife is beautiful and came RAZOR sharp. Edge retention so far has been good and the handle feels great. I would recommend this knife to anyone looking for a great chopper in their kitchen.

This set of knives are extremely sharp and easy to use. They are beautifully designed and made. I bought the cerulean blue handle set. Additionally I purchased their sharpening kit. The one downside is that the sheen on the blades have dulled a bit.

This is truly a great knife, the steel and craftsmanship is top notch. Well balanced, and just the right size to tackle large jobs but precise. Razor sharp and maintains a good edge at 15 degrees. I also like the simple design which allows for easy clean up and care allowing you to remove any food easily and prep and clean the knife for storage. Don't let the price deter you from the purchase, this knife contains very good steel VG10 and is a true Damascus blade and will last a life time ...

Other than the very sharp blades the big thing that made the difference for me was the handle, grip and shape of the blade near the grip. Most blades are square these have a rounded area that is easier on your forefingers especially if you like to use your use index knuckle and thumb to hold the back of the blade on some types of chop tasks. ( I call it pinching the blade) if you know what I mean. Not a pro chef so not sure if there is chef-like term for when you slide your had up the grip to ...

I started by getting the set her for a gift for my mom. sense then I've also gotten her the steak knives and honing rod. but my favorite is the bread knife. not sure that one's available here anymore but my point is I've got the entire set and it is absolutely 5 stars. do yourself a favor and learn how to use sharpening rod. and use if often. your knives will only get sharper and you will never need a new edge if done properly. if you're looking for amazing knives you've found them

We really like the knife strip, fits in great with our kitchen's overall look. Only thing I'd advise is not using the double adhesive mounting over a heat source, as it tends to weaken.

it was a gift for some dear friends. when i first saw it i thought it was so sleek looking i thought maybe we want one too. my friends say they always lash and dry and put it away right away , to sharp for there two year old. they have an eleven year old who is a cake chef in the making, she has been using it for all kinds of incredible creations.

Bought these about 5 years ago when it was a 10 piece set. They are all still sharp as fuck. It probably helps that I hone them before each use, but the blades hold their edge really well and are perfect for home cooking. I did have to buy a magnetic strip to hang them up out of the way of my roommates, but these are good knives. I wouldn't recommend them for professional cheery, but for home cooking and the price ... helps yeah.
