I bought a large. It said up to 25 pounds. Well, it small on him, a little snug, I followed the sizing chart. If I knew it would be so snug, I would have bought an extra large. if I want to buy more I’m sizing up. I have a mini poodle that is 17 pounds. The fabric is beautiful and rich. Only sizing is not correct.
