This is an interesting tea, and conveniently packaged for pot-by-pot consumption without having to break chunks from a typically-larger pu'erh cake. Taste is well-rounded and earthy, and it brews to an appealing dark color. There is not, in my opinion, a sufficient amount of the additional herb that is added to 'sticky rice' tea that gives this kind of tea its unique spicy flavor and fragrance - this is a mild version. This definitely is not something you sip and enjoy. I don’t mind the daytime version—without the mint (also not to sip and enjoy), but something about the sleep mixture is off. It’s not that the ingredients are low quality, but in my opinion the mint and lavender don’t got with the mushrooms. The Yerba is better at covering up the mushrooms, and blending in.

First time ever trying a tea like this and I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it is! A nice smokey flavour with just a bit of pine pares well with a small amount of honey.
