Really great product and nice scent. The Barber Shop smells of talc and sweet notes. I work in the Flavor and Fragrance industry and as a sensory scientist, this product captures the old school Barber Shop experience. I’ve used a lot of shaving soaps and I think I’ll be a returning visual. The sample Sandalwood Amber is appreciated.

Relentless is a great scent, and it performs beautifully like all Cooper & French shaving soaps. These soaps lather quickly and provide superior cushioning and lubricity during the shave. The post shave feel is great, too. Beyond that, their Customer Service is top notch. The shaving soap lineup has about a dozen interesting scents. Try their samples and then order the 5 ounce size on the scents you prefer.

Your shave soaps are second to none. each one container lasts for months leaving the aerosol foam in the dust, that equates into an exceptional value. Really nice soap. The performance of Cooper and French soaps are great. It's pretty much just a preference on scent. I did enjoy this offering just a little light on scent in the soap. The balm was perfect and it is great for those cold months to keep the skin hydrated and protected. Would definitely recommend these products with no hesitation.

Purchased this for my grandson (16). He watched the video on how to make a lather then shaved with his new razor (the old fashion 2 edge blade rather than the disposable type), he was skeptical but gave it a try. I just finished the smoothest and best shave of my life. I shave both my face and my head and this stuff is fantastic. I received the Christmas scent last year and was running low, so I thought I would try this one. I prefer this one. The lather is rich and thick and goes on almost as nicely as it comes off. I ordered three samples, Relentless, Fair isle Harbor, and Chain of Lakes, along with a 5oz container of Authentic Barber. I've used Authentic Barber in the past and It's been my favorite up until now. It may remain to be so but all three of the other samples are great. All provide slick lather and very pleasant fragrances. None are overpowering which is a plus. I would gladly use any of them as my "everyday shaving soap".

Bought a 4 pack of that Lieutenant what's his name (I demoted him from Colonel), and while excellent for stump removal or other agricultural tasks, left my face raw and ragged. Just received my order last week. Have used it twice, yeah I make it work a bit. I found that it lathers incredibly, while laying down a wonderful lubrication.
