The service was great! I had one customer service rep who worked with me throughout the process. Softtile team was able customize the mat and get the exact design I wanted. They added every little detail I wanted and the communication was superb. I received prompt responses to all of my questions. We went back and forth with the design and they were accommodating. Highly recommend softtiles to anyone who would like to have customized mats. My twins love their new mat.

What made me pick it was the slanted edging so you wouldn’t trip or bump into it ever..Imagine the fall with a newborn with other mats..nope their life is too precious for that..I love how thick but soft the mat is...Sizing is perfect and as a 31 week prego I was able to put it together myself in about 5 mins with cleaning it...Way better than anything I saw online and the price was great.

Absolutely love this mat! Great quality and so glad we ended up getting it! I mixed in the 1x1 tiles with the 2x2 tiles in order to work around furniture and cover as much of the room as possible. Customer service was excellent - they reached out to make sure I really did want the mixed sizes of tiles and also kept me informed on when the mat would ship. Can’t say enough great things - would definitely recommend.

I love the play mat! It is really durable and looks awesome. The larger tiles are great and the cut outs have a snug fit so curious fingers can’t pull them out easily. Dog nails have put small indentions in a few places but the tiles haven’t torn or punctured through. The indentions were only created when the dogs were playing; walking caused no issues. I would highly recommend this product!!!

Love everything about SoftTiles. Ours was used at a lake home with little carpet (mostly hardwood floors) for a 6 month old to play on - inside and out by the lake on the brick patio! Amazing - easy to place down and pick up to store for another trip. Also, customer service were really thoughtful - they reached out to us when they noticed our custom design had a lot of unused squares, and offered an alternate design to lower the cost. I was really impressed by that.
