To start off upon ordering the dress and receiving the confirmation email with the order number you must reply back confirming the dress, color, size, address and possibly the date you wish to receive the dress by or they don't begin to make the dress. I really loved the dress the quality, feel and color (burgundy) was amazing. It looks exactly as in the picture and there is padding. No complaints other then instructions weren't really clear for the confirmation email.

You do have to go through a string it like you would for converses or something but it’s adjustable, and doesn’t show too much cleavage. It did come with pads in the cleavage.
