After I received the product, it turned out the fan was broken so I had to work with customer service to get a new system. Took an extra 2-3 weeks but was free and easy. Hats off to customer service and itβs a good product, but I probably wonβt order from them again. 3 stars.

Unfortunately, I didn't expect it to be totally wiped and have no games. The WII store online closed years ago, so not sure what to do, but might have to return. I was so excited about having a WII again, but now . . I've had two in the past and enjoyed all the preloaded games, so guess I expected this to come with the preloads. Not thrilled.
