I used these Forest Ropes for the first time yesterday for deadlifts and they worked perfectly with the band that I was using.

This cork block is well made, and I love the cutouts in it to rest your bar in between sets. I highly recommend it.

Wider and thus more versatile than the competitors, allowing for more movements. Very sophisticated band attachment system and well thought out, enabling micro-adjustments to the band tension for different sized people. On the heavy side, would have preferred high-strength aluminum or some other lighter alloy, as I want to lift the bands, not the bar, particularly on isolation exercises. But, the highest quality materials and workmanship, every bit the quality of gym/club equipment.

The bar is beyond perfect in design, quality and build. This thing is honestly more solid than any Olympic bar I've ever used.

These curved rods are excellent. Well designed and professionally finished. They are like all of the Harambe products. With the leadership of Khalid. You cannot go wrong.

Great bar that feels even better in the hands. Super smooth and enables the movements to be done much more efficiently.

My most used rope. I use it for all exercises except for squats. With 32 inch bands feels like lifting weights. This is the standard for all ropes.

Solid and smooth. No sharp edges like X3 plate. Placement of grooves are great for different exercises. Well thought out.

I use these longer slings with my Harambe handles for dumbbell presses. The slings and bands are the very best - I’ll never lift weights again! Thank you, Harambe!!!

Unboxed the plate and what a beast. Really like the double cross channels. Smooth and strong as an ox. Love the foot plate.

These work great with the smaller bands. I like that I don't have to center them on the longer rods like I used to do.

Great addition to the family -- between this and the arm bar, the number of exercises I can do is insane

I use the Arm Bar and individual hand connects versus the long straight bar. It is better on my wrist and elbow joints.

Feels great and takes a lot of strain off my wrists in a lot of exercises. Was expensive to get to the uk though …..

Love the size and works well with my t-bar. Extra size over the travel plate provides a little more balance on some exercises.

Well made. Simple to use and I feel great after working out. Plus I can do it all in my bedroom.

Simply the best footplate you can buy. I've tried others. Excellent quality and the smoothness of each rep feels like you're lifting traditional weights. Highly recommend 👌

I'm very pleased that the bands roll so smoothly. This is a game changer. Now it feels about as close to free weights as it's going to get.

Very good bands. I consider myself a strong person but can't even lift the light green band all the way. I love it.

Very substantial base plate. Plenty of room in the channel for stacking bands or using the biggest bands. Large enough for me to have a shoulder width stance.

These are extremely well made, but I wish they had a little more give initially. Maybe they will break in a bit and I will end up preferring them. Time will tell.

I was surprised how heavy and durable the base plate is. It’s design supersedes the X3 bar. I have both and was able to compare.

Sturdy, heavy duty, offers the ideal width for squats. Gives you enough room in multiple directions to stack bands underneath it

These ropes are perfect for doing back and front squats when you want a double loop for more tension. I also occasionally use them for overhead presses.

Haven’t been able to use this yet. Just bought to have the whole set of 38’s. Excellent quality like the rest of Harambe’s bands.

These are great for the smaller bands and since I don't use anything wider than a 32" black band anyway, they're perfect for me.

Good for a lot of exercises you would normally do with a barbell. Got a really good pump with bicep curls also. I really like this as it saves a lot of space (and money) compared to a power rack. The one exercise I had an issue with was bench press. I was following an official video on this but I didn't get any tension until the bar was a few inches above my chest. I think maybe the full size bundle would be better in this regard because of the longer distance the band would be stretched over. ...

Very solid high quality band. More resistance than my Temu band. It will take me a while to push this one for reps! I like it that way!
