This is a great towel. Absorbs a surprising amount . Great in the gym but was also handy when away on holiday. Definitely stops sun damage. This is not stated or guaranteed by the manufacturer but I can say this from personal experience it blocks the sun and keeps sun burn at bay.

This is my second Shield Fit gym towel and absolutely love it! It's lightweight, never stinks, and perfect size to cover the bench (especially when I'm rocking tanks and sleeveless shirts where my skin touches the bench... yuuuck!). I plan to buy a few more and definitely recommend to all the gym rats out there like myself!!

I’ve had this gym towel for about 3 weeks and have used it not stop twice a day.. I still haven’t had to wash it! It never smells and does a great job at absorbing sweat, perfect size and material and can’t forget to mention how awesome the design is. This is definitely the gym towel you need!

It's a great gym towel if anything it's probably one of the better gym towels that I've used it stays where I put it about 99% of the time and it honestly never smells like sweat after I'm done.
