I love the dress in the picture, wish I could say the same about the dress in person but it never arrived. I called usps and they said they’ve been waiting on the item for over a week. When I emailed customer service expressing me frustration and disappointment with the order they didn’t address me by my name neither did they apologized for the delay as this email I got regarding the survey. I items on the website that I like the purchase but I’m afraid to place an order because of the bad taste that was left in my mouth.
