BLUF: Dealership quote to replace the magnetic ride control-OEM equipment on my wife’s 2017 GMC Yukon XL was more than $5,000.00. They also stated there was no quality aftermarket replacement available on the market. My 2016 Yukon Denali had the two front electromagnetic struts fail at around 75,000 miles. I purchased replacement Dorman struts for about $475 each and have them installed. I ordered this kit to put on a customer's ride that had blown air suspension. When the kit came in, I installed it and the vehicle did not sit any higher than it did with blown bags. I called customer service, they were very quick to respond, and investigate the problem. They found out I had received the wrong springs. They shipped me the correct ones overnight. The air and electronic suspension on my 2010 Sequoia Platinum was shot after 240k miles. The cost of two new air shocks above was going to be $1600. Instead, I put in Strutmasters full Sequoia kit.
