It was a terrible surprise box..... not only did the box come damaged but the worth of the package was not anywhere near 200$ and you sent me the same toy that you already sent me with the blanket in my previous order!! The shipping and correspondence regarding the shipping and tracking number is horrible!!! I ordered it and got confirmation that it shipped on February 2nd. Tracking number stated that USPS was awaiting item until February 17th. All I got from customer service was "its on its way". Well, my Valentines Day surprise was ruined. Your 5 to 8 shipping timeframe is total bullshit. Will look elsewhere or smile the next time we make a mess and have to wash the sheets.
