Great blanket feels soft and it legit highly recommended

It’s fine. It’s not as luxurious as they make it out to be, and it’s smaller than you’d think (“queen size” means it covers the top of a queen bed corner to corner - there’s no overhang or drape like one would expect from a “queen size” blanket anywhere else. All in all, it does the job. No complaints but glad I got it on clearance.

Worst customer service ever! You shipped me the wrong blanket, will not refund me or ship out the correct one. I now longer want the blanket just a refund! As I will not do any business after the way your company messed up and it was handled so poorly!!

This is my first blanket out of now 5 that did not meet the quality that I expect from Love Blanket. The wife loves leopard print so we chose it for her. Although it serves it purpose well, the stitching along the edges was already hanging loose and it will likely not take many washings before it completely falls apart but for the price and since this not a regular use blanket it will work.

I ordered 2 what I thought were blankets and when my shipment arrived it was 2 items about the size of a towel, not a blanket. When ordered I did not see travel size which it now says but I would not have ordered if I knew they were going to be this size.

Terrible it came in dirty I washed it twice won’t come clean reached out to your customer service who told me it wasn’t your blanket it was from another site and refuse to help and then have not responded to several emails sent to rectify this matter!

Blanket threading around the edges were unraveling soon as I opened it from the package. It is also not as soft as advertised. I also was supposed to receive two free gifts included with the purchase and I didn’t receive them. I emailed the company for an exchange, discount or return to correct the issue and never got a response back.
