Blanket threading around the edges were unraveling soon as I opened it from the package. It is also not as soft as advertised. I also was supposed to receive two free gifts included with the purchase and I didn’t receive them. I emailed the company for an exchange, discount or return to correct the issue and never got a response back.

This is the one product that I received out of 3 products ordered. I love this blanket, and would love to have the rest of my order. 3 stars is because the customer service portion of love Blanet is horrible. No one will listen to my problem.
