I loved the look of my new ring. One complaint is the July Ruby is more pink than red. another is one of the stones fell out after about three weeks and when I try to reach the support email, it’s undeliverable. Do not waste your money!

I know it warned me that it doesn’t recommend me using “-parentheses but it showed me the finished product with the parentheses so I thought it would be fine. No it came with those weird marks after each 6.

Do not ship picture rolled up it caused the picture to have wrinkles and some bend and I couldn’t get the folds out. I had to try to steam out some of the wrinkles in which it did not work. Overall your company needs to do a better way of shipping

It was supposed to read Grouper, snapper, Cobia. Also you put pond dominance. None of the description is what I sent in except Fisherman of the year. I also sent you a picture of what I filed in for order. I’m not sure how this got messed up so bad. It would have be n great if it had what I submitted. I fish offshore. I can’t even hang it up now. You should replace it with correct description. Review my order submitted.

UPDATE: After wearing it for 5 days, the charm has fallen off and i have no idea when or where that happened. So this isn't for someone who wants to wear it every day. I have a desk job and I am not very physically active so it's not like I was rough with it.
Shipping did take some time and the tracking was not updated until 2 days after it was delivered so it sat for a while at my office. The font is smaller than I expected but the picture is perfect. There is a resin(?) coating over the writ...

Came in with 2 slits cut in it and wrinkled as it was wrapped around a piece of foam and put in a envelope for shipping, no protection. They should be put in a chipboard tube . Also cut way out of square. I had to do the best I could with it as it was a Christmas gift

In order to frame there was not enough material around the sides to wrap around wood. And maybe I missed it, but I thought it was gonna come at least with enough to be able to wrap it, but it would’ve ruined the picture so it was a little disappointed in that. So I had to do my best to put it in a regular frame without losing any of the words.

The date was cut off. This is very disappointing. More care should have been taken before having this printed. I am very disappointed considering the price I paid. It should have been looked at before printed. I would like this corrected and resent at no cost to me.

I only wore the ring one time. When I went to wear it again the one April stone was missing. Evidently it had fallen out when I wore it the first.
Is it possible for you to replace the stone at no cost to me.

Waiting for a new one to be made that we can actually use. This banner came with no way to hang it, big gaps between the names, different font sizes. Overall poorly made…

I ordered 2 decals in December 2025 and you sent me a decal with the year 2024!
What gives? Don’t you have any quality control? This was in 2025, why would you send your client using an old template with the year 2024? I was embarrassed to give it as a gift as it had the wrong year. I demand a refund.
