I purchased two of these as a gift for my son and his wife and had their dogs name engraved on the bracelet. Their beloved dog died of cancer and this meant the world to them. Wonderful to give as a gift or to get one yourself. Highly recommend.

packaging sucked had to have it professionally mounted because of the wrinkles in the print cost was 30.00 dollars. would not recommend trying to do yourself for a quality product.

These were delivered reliably (I was worried after reading some reviews that I’d never receive them) and promptly. I ordered 3 pics for family members. They arrived and looked great, only one thing I forgot to add my granddog to one of the pictures. When ordering another one adding the dog, I simply asked if I could get a bit of a break on the additional picture adding one name which I forgot. Was hoping to hear from the company about my request but nothing. I do love the pictures just wish I would have heard back about my request.

Workaround: Pay through PayPal so you'll get an order confirmation of an order. From there I was able to forward the email and reach out to them about tracking information. I buy my daughter a different ornament every year (this is her 59th) and look for something different each year. This really thrilled both of us. Different, and so cute.
