Exactly what I needed. This flag pole is amazing! I’m going to buy two more as backups. It looks amazing in the golf cart and you should see the response I get. Your going to get a lot of sales in my area. I can pick it up or down as needed.

'Merica! First off, this pole is awesome. It survived our first major windstorm here in WA. She held her ground like advertised! It's so easy to set up...and light weight! Came packaged perfect via flat bed in a tube. It's the biggest and best flagpole on the block!!! I feel it compliments our home perfectly and my neighbor, an Army Vet, gets to enjoy the view too! The price plus freight...for a 25 ft 1 piece, cheapest I found anywhere and well worth it!!!!

God bless America! I love my flagpole! I had a couple experienced guys help me with the installation so it was very easy for me. I think I could have completed it without their expertise because it's not complicated. You will need a couple people to help you get it erect and in the foundation sleeve. That was the hardest part but wasn't difficult because we had three guys there to do it.

Old Glory Flying Proudly at the Jones Home This was a birthday present for my wife. She loves it. I made the foundation especially strong because we live just by the ocean in Huntington Beach, Ca. Built to Last This is the 6th flagpole I've installed, of varying brands and types, over my 35 years of home ownership. This is by far the best built I've seen. The construction is solid and the sections fit together precisely. The cost is more than I've paid for in the past, but I believe its the last flagpole I'll ever need.

We initially received the flag pole, no hardware. We contacted customer service and explained we didn't receive any hardware. A few days later we received an envelope with some screws in it. No bracket to mount the flag. So we contacted customer support again and finally received the bracket. Your service needs improving.

Purchased it to replace the worn flag from Rink 1 at Eagles Ice Arena, in Spokane Washington, as the arena received a nice makeover and new chiller equipment in July 2025. The ice had not been replaced, nor had the flags (American and Canadian in, probably 40+ years..? The new flag adds to the fresher appearance of an ice barn with old bones and fresh paint! Love it!

The only issue we had was the sleeve. At first there was only on sleeve and you promptly shipped the second sleeve, but it was a different size than the first one. The next person that helped stated the second sleeve was the correct size and I could cut the first one to fit. That being said, our poles needed to be buried 2 feet instead of the 1.5, so they would match our other poles. Everyone at your company was fantastic to work with and I appreciate everything!!

Put the flag on my aluminum boat dock. Had to use my own screws and screws provided we’re not for metal install. This is something you could improve on. Ask the customer in the order process what they are installing on, then, provide proper screws. Love the quality of the flag, the flagpole, and the pole attachment. The hat was a nice bonus gift.
