I LOVE the quality of the whole kit. I think I didn't turn the pole quite right, because in a wind it immediately wrapped around the pole. I think I need to position the locking screws (for the swivels) on top, so they don't catch the link that holds the flag. Hopefully that will help. I'll try that next time.

We had somewhere between 70 to 80 mph wind and the flag held up just find but due to the wind the clip that holds the flag to the pole broke so we had to tie the flag down till we get a new heavier clip update as of today 1/17/26 - clips fixed flags is up - we had at least 75 mph winds for 2 days and the wind blew down part of our 6ft privacy fence but the flag is just fine BUT just my opinion since the company is called "FEDERAL FLAGS" with me being an ex military ex wife I don...

Quick response by customer service to ship out replacement parts. USPS received the package at my local distribution center but unfortunately they shipped it to another USPS facility that's 75 miles away.
