I think the product is well made and practical. However, I have been dealing with extremely painful corn on my bunion which prevents use until it's healed. My bunions are pretty severe and I had surgery 8 years ago. I'm quite determined to rehabilitate my feet, so if you are interested I can keep a photo record of progress when my corn is fully healed. After wearing for nearly a month, I don’t feel the intense pain on my bunions/ toe bones (previously pain level was 6 out of 10, now an occasional 3/10). Improvements can be made on the screw function - I’ve tighten to the max and adjusted the toe-straps to the max, still feels not tight enough. Would be nice if I can further tighten. I tried wearing it to sleep but it is clunky and difficult to sleep with it. I wonder if my feet/bunion will eventually get used to the tightness/pull effect and ...
