I sent in 3 pictures, My Grandma, My Mom(both of them passed away many years ago) & Me, with only one request(me in the middle) AND what I got back was AMAZING!! The pic I sent of my Mom was a little dark & they were able to lighten it up & make it look better in the drawing. When I got the proof, it needed no corrections or alterations. It looks sooooo good!!

I saw the advert for Charlie’s drawings and thought what an amazing idea. My best friend was expecting a baby and my father was looking forward to meeting him, but unfortunately my father passed away 6 wks before he was born. I have to say this brought tears to my eyes, our beautiful faithful dog whom we’ve had for 15 years sadly passed in the summer of 2023, our grandson who at the time was only 5 literally worshiped him and still misses him to this day so fast forward my grandson who will soon be 7 and our beloved pet when he was a lot younger both reunited I can’t wait to see my grandsons face on Christmas morning. I bought this portrait of my Mum and nephew for my sister as a Christmas present. He was only a baby when Mum died, and every photo she has of the 2 of them together, Mums in the final stages of cancer and looks ill. So I wanted a photo of the 2 of them that shows her looking well and brings her into the hear and now.

Absolutely amazing quality which makes a beautiful photo. My partners nephew never got to meet his great grandma (pictured) and we wanted to get something for my partners mam (also pictured) for her 50th that would be remembered and this done just that. The time waiting for the portrait to be done was next to nothing-and shipping was extremely fast. It was packaged well with total protection so nothing would be broken or damaged!
