Most knives I’ve been buying lately have been with convex grinds from Bark River. I am not good at getting an edge back with a strop (as-recommended). For over 20 years I have used aluminum oxide rolls on my drum sander and I assumed my results were standard good results. BOY have I been wrong. Switching to a zirconia sanding roll has been like night and day. Less than half the passes thru the drum sander are needed to achieve the same results. It's like using a new and more powerful machine. I will NEVER go back to using aluminum oxide drum rolls again. Totally worth the extra cost.

I’m a bladesmith and I have used many different brands of sand paper to hand sand my knife blades, I switched to rino wet last year with no regrets. My hand sanding time has been reduced and I’m getting a better finish on my blades.

I bought several belts at a trade show I believe. One was 220 grit and I used it for a long time with a sanding block. I used others, but then I decided to open another business and didn't get back to woodworking again until now. In all I had about 25 years in Architectural woodworking and millwork before this interlude. I highly recommend these sanding products as well as the company. I'm a diy guy, retired and able to spend time in my wood shop...well, mostly wood. I do a bit of everything I can afford. I live on an island and the humidity is murder on the glue of some belt joints. One of my bigest peeves is sanding belts that don't last. It takes them a long time to get here (no fault of the seller), and I expect them to last. While I have not used these belts yet, I'm confident that they will outlast the junk I get from box stores.

Good, fast and cheap....here you get all three. Excellent product, very well made and they come in a few days. Pricing is extremely competitive and if you bump the sales up a little you get free shipping. I'm just a hobbyist but do go through a lot of 15" wide belts for my sander. I really can't argue with success, so they will be my supplier for the future. I also just bought three rolls for a 25" dual drum sander at a club I belong to and that product is equally high quality and well priced.

I’m restoring a 1955 Chevy Bel Air two door hardtop and the Red Label grinder belts have been perfect for smoothing welds on the new floorboards. The 36 grit belts have shorten grinding time significantly! Great product!

The kit only includes one set of 4” safety flanges. It would be great to include 3 sets so one doesn’t have to change buffing wheels on one station. NP though, I ordered 2 sets from Amazon and good to go now. Buffing wheels work great and cuts down on my sanding time to get a mirror finish on my knife blades.

I hand makes knifes out of Arkansas sawmill blades , 62/64 Rockwell hardness . The belt kit I ordered from Amazon of yours had the 220 fine in the kit . It works amazing for me to shape and set bevel and sharpen my blades They are awesome

Bought my first belts for my 2x72 from Red Label. I have made 1 knife and a handle for a friend using these belts. The 36 grit seems to be wearing pretty slowly - plenty of grit left on that belt. The 120 grit is the same. I am going to buy another assortment and some higher grits next.

Hi these sanding sponges are the best I have ever used they are soft enough to sand detail they don’t shed there grit either and the grit stays sharp for a long time I make knives and also a paint contractor I use red label abrasive for both but we use a lot of sanding sponges in my painting projects I highly recommend these good luck travis
