Unlike many other matcha powders on the market, this one dissolves nicely into water with a handheld milk frother alone. I usually use about 1 tsp of matcha and add about 2 oz. of room temp water, mix with a handheld milk frother, then add a splash of maple syrup and a few drops of stevia, mix again with the frother, then pour into 1 cup of almond milk.
