UN-BELIEAVABLY delicious! I say that because I've tasted so many Matcha powders in my time and I had almost given up! Matcha Made is smooth, tasty and very easy to drink. It seems I needed that addition of just a little bit of sweetness to be able to enjoy the benefits of a matcha powder. Nice light green matcha powder. Nice colour and flavour for matcha latte. Nice green colour for matcha glaze for my Pon De Ring mochi donuts. However the matcha flavour was too light for my matcha brownies. My verdict - MatchaMade is good for drinking lattes. I’ll stick to using culinary matcha for baking.

Couldn’t recommend this enough! Especially the cinnamon flavour. I’ve tried both vanilla and cinnamon but cinnamon is my favourite! Such good quality matcha, it’s not grainy at all and mixes well. It’s good enough to have it with or without milk. Either way, both are delicious!
