Love the quality of leather. Awesome product. Highly recommend it. However the shipment reached 10 days late than expected. Moreover, I received an invoice from Fedex to pay 16.05 $. They are saying that they arranged clearance and submitted paymemt to customs agency in destination country on my behalf. That sucks. Its a great bag, however, I ordered the largest size and it is big. Too large to take on a plane as hand luggage and even as a big guy, I don't think I need it this big. In hindsight I would have returned it for a smaller size. Good quality bag though!

Love this product...Ordered the recommended leather conditioner which created a gorgeous richer color and feel and I feel like it's protected. Running the strap across the buckles on the sides near the fold of the flap to wear across body pushes a buckle into my side, though; a bit of uncomfortable rubbing as I walk, So I set it up like a backpack and pull one side out to carry on one shoulder. Not as secure as it would be across the body, but works great.

Bag is nice. Delivery was not good. The order was placed so i could have it delivered before Christmas, it arrived in January. Had I known this, i would have bought something else. Had a couple of email exchanges, last one was to tell me they were backlogged and they were doing their best. Did not help the fact my Christmas gift issue was not resolved and the person whom the gift was for went without a gift on Christmas day.

I like the bag - quality looks good and it’s the perfect size for a MacBook Air. Well lined with some nice internal padding but the leather is not soft at all. The fold over flap feels like cardboard and seems to me to need the preservatives washed out and the whole thing treated with dubin or leather softener. I’m sure with use and age it will soften up.
