I received my backpack which had a defective clasp on the main closure point. Upon reaching out to the customer service executive she was willing to send me a total replacement item. Item has been received and this repeat customer is now happy with a fully functional backpack. Thank you!!!

Get lots of comments on it. I am almost 6 feet and it is the right size. Wouldn’t have minded it it was a bit wider by 2 inches to put more stuff in it.. I guess I mean the depth. Nice color too.

I love my backpack but it shows two rivets on the pockets when I ordered it. I received one rivet on the pockets. To me, the two rivet pockets look classier.

I love my backpack so far, but I haven't worn it yet. I must admit that I was a little surprised to receive it with one rivet on the pockets instead of two that were displayed online. To me, the two rivets added more style and class.

This is a beautiful bag. It’s rugged and well built. The goat leather will wear and pantine wonderfully and the travel kit will hold plenty my next item will be the garment bag.

I ordered 2 bags and love them. I'm converting one into a camera bag. The colors aren't an exact match but that's one of the little quirks of leather that lends to its elegance. There was a screw up at customs and my order was returned to Classy bags who promptly contacted me and advised me that the bags had been re-sent by 7 day Express at no additional cost to me. By bags got here within the expected window and I'm throughly enjoying my new bags. 10/10. No regrets at all

All the items I bought for Christmas was loved. The leather is beautiful and the items are well constructed. I was not impressed with the shipping of the items, they were scrunched in bags not giving any attention to the shape of the item. Also some of the items took forever (5 weeks) to ship, but I did receive all before Christmas.

Great travel/carry on bag. It not only looks nice, but is made from high quality leather, with tough, durable stitching. Too many times, you spend $$$ for absolute rubbish. This, was definitely worth the price!

I ordered two traveller weekender duffel bags for my husband. He often travels to play at music events and wanted a good bag for his clothes and a good bag for lugging small equipment. The two bags I ordered arrived very quickly and were at least as good as I hoped. The leather is lovely and the bags are just as beautiful and classy as they looked on the website. The bonus toiletry bag is perfect too. My husband absolutely loves them. Highly recommend.

Prior to purchasing the classic leather bag with accompanying leather toiletries bag my go to overnight travel bag was a back pack. While useful it was not a very sophisticated form of travel.. I appreciate the appearance and high quality of this leather bag ensemble. I am proud to carry it in my travels.

Ordered 2 for graduation gifts. Unbelievable and surprised when they came in. QualitY far exceeded my expectation. They are really spectacular. I then up ordered 2 more and a one 24 inch. 2 more gifts and one for me. Beyond anything I could believe. Leather and clasp are just as good as the pictures show. Only mistake was Not having them monogrammed by the company for $9.

The item purchased is of excellent quality. The material and the workmanship all around including the zippers shows the pride of the company fabricating these bags. I will definitely look at buying another item from them again. The only negative comment would be the additional $30 dollars Cdn on custom taxes but overall very happy.

Arrived FAST! Stitching is excellent & amazed @ the amount of "stuff" it can hold! Carries comfortably with shoulder strap. Have to unzip & air out that "new hide smell" ... I love this bag!

I ordered two Buffalo Hunter bags. These are not only absolutely gorgeous, but also wonderful quality. I am extremely happy with the product. Also the customer service is wonderful.
