The Quality of these bags are fantastic, if there was a neg. At all I would say that they have a strong smell at first. It's not a problem in the least and I'm sure will go away in time. But they are very well made, strong zippers and heavy duty clips. Great products.

I am very disappointed in that after waiting several weeks for thr arrival the duffle bag the color is very different from what was advertised and the toiletry bag's color is not even close to even matching the color of the duffle bag. Also, one of the metal bag protectors located on the bottom of the bag was not installed properly. The Florence Crossbody is a good bag in that it's spacious and well-made. However, the bag I got after ordering was at least a couple of shades paler than the color in the photo, and it also lacks the patina.
