The shipping was long. I think it was about a month; however, when I contacted customer service, I was told that the main office was moving which was causing the delay. Once the package left their office, I received it in the recommended time period and I did not have any duties to pay. However, I had some problems with the bag but not the problems that I had seen in the reviews. My bag did not smell or have any mold. My problems probably have to do with being a law student and carrying heavy it...

This a great bag. I ordered before Christmas and I thought I would not get it but in it came. I got the 30 in. bag because I don’t do a lot of air travel. This bag holds a lot of stuff mine and it actually came with double shoulder straps and has a small zipper compartment in the interior of the main compartment perfect for an air tag. I Keep rubbing it down with leather conditioner and it keeps getting softer and a little darker like the pictures.

Very well made with attention to detail. Good quality leather and fixtures. The bag would benefit with a strip that allowed it to be carried securely on top of carry on luggage by slipping it over the handle. Otherwise excellent in all regards. I carry this bag with the strap across my body, if you have the strap only on one shoulder, it needs a nonslip material attached to the bottom of the leather shoulder pad - or remove it and just use the strap, which is a little ‘stickier’.
