I had to retire a wok I had been using for 30+ years as I now have an induction cooktop. After much research to find a wok not made in China, I was fortunate to discover Moneta, made in my favorite European country. It is a beautiful wok. It is easy to handle, of the right weight & provides the even heat so important for stir fry. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I prefer Moneta Pro fry pans over cast iron, ceramic coated cast iron, and other types or brands of fry pans for range-top cooking & have used them for years. The fry pan has a handle that stays cool while cooking. It heats evenly. It is so easy to clean. After our meal, I prefer to wipe out the pan with a paper towel and quickly hand wash, although it's dishwasher safe on the energy saving setting I use. I got this gift for my dad. He had done the research and wanted to try greystone because the copper pans were a let down. He said the greystone works much better. I've yet to use it myself but he cooks more and would know more. Sounds like a great product!

I love my Moneta frying pans. I have used many nominally non-stick pans, and been disappointed in all of them before now. The Moneta pans are truly non-stick to begin with, and they truly stay non-stick, for years. They're rugged (ours go in the dishwasher and get used with hard spatulas), they heat evenly, and they stay non-stick. These are great pans.

I have been looking for some good quality yet light weight saucepans and these saucepans are the best that I have had in a long time. They heat up really quick, non stick and clean up a treat. This is great quality saucepan, ideal for sauces, oatmeal, eggs etc. Light weight yet very durable, love that nothing sticks to the pan and they are so easy to clean. One of the deciding factors to buy these saucepans as the quality and they are made in Italy not China. Love the color and it is a great saucepan for everyday use.

I have the whole set plus of these Moneta Greystone pans and I just love them. I have had the set for almost 2 years now and I have never had anything stick no matter what. Very easy to clean. I had to get this new grill pan because started using it more and needed a second one. I love these pans.

I have tried many different, supposedly non-stick ware, well this pan is great. Do not have to use any fat to fry cutlets. Eggs turn out perfectly. I really think everyone should have one of your items. They won't be disappointed.

We have two frying pans that we bought about five years ago, the 10.5 inch Greystone has been used nearly every day for my breakfast and for stir-fry vegetables. It is my favorite pan. However, I purchased the Induction 3.75 quart Sauté pan for Christmas, but instead of wrapping it up; I cooked with it. My wife was thrilled with the non-stick surface and has cooked several casseroles in it since we received it. Thank you, Moneta, for making such excellent products!

My husband wanted a square skillet with higher sides than what we owed. Picked up the Etnea and it is now my favorite piece of cookware I have ever used. It appears to be indestructible, that is, I’m convinced it is going to last for years and look the same as the day we bought it. It cooks beautifully. It is perfectly balanced. It doesn’t tip on the stove at all. It cleans like a dream. I can’t wait to replace all my cookware with Etnea by Moneta. Just wish I had known about it 35 years ago!

The product is good. I unfortunately did not read the info on the pot. The lid is not included in the purchase and that is on me. But why would not the lid be included? Also, and again this may be because I did not read the information regarding the lid - it is only good up to 350 degrees, which I did not know till I got the lid and read the directions - my plan was to use the pot with the lid in a 400 degree+ oven. Shoppers read ALL the info.

It is too small when I read 8 1/2 inches I thought it would be just a little smaller then my 9 inch pan but that measurement is for the wider top part of the pan. The part that is at the base service that you would be cooking on is only about 5 inches. The pan is non stick with no nickel which is the main reason I purchased it. I don't know if I will be purchasing more because if other sizes are like this then they aren't going to be right for me.
