I purchased the xxxs for my kitten. He is within the size that is on the size chart for the xxxs but the harness is still a bit big around the neck area, just a finger width but still enough that he escaped from the harness just by putting his nose down in the neck area. It really surprised me because it cant go any smaller around the neck area but under the rib cage chest area fit perfectly. Other than that the quality is very good just the size is a little off.

I definitely like the extension you can place on it for those puppies that are chewers. Seems sturdy although you can sometimes hear when it retracts and hear a slight pause when winding back in. Comfortable grip on your hand.

I own the 1/2 inch version of this product for my large 100 lb dog and it works great! It is well made, appears to be durable and allows me to control him without any concerns.
I own the 3/8 inch version for my smaller dog, a six month old puppy and the loop & leather area that holds the actual slip ring on is too long, too thick and too bulky for his neck. Many similar competing products are sewn and are far less bulky and long.

I wanted a lightweight harness to put on my Dutch Shepherd to help her get up the steps since she's getting a bit older. Something that I could just give her a little boost with the handle if needed and this turned out to be perfect. It's lightweight and soft. I loosened the straps as far as possible. Her chest 35 inches and I got XL. I'm very happy with the product I didn't want anything big and bulky.

This was bought as a gift. The recipient liked the size and feel of the leash. Unfortunately, the light did not work. The company was very kind and responsive. The recipient called to report the problem and they explained the steps over the phone to try to make the light work. They also agreed to send a replacement if the flashlight still won’t work.
I guess I was just disappointed and embarrassed that the gift was not 100%

Thus is a really good leash, i have a medium/small maltipoo and fots perfect. The handle is comfortable and made of sturdy plastic. I bought the 16 ft length, and is perfect because my dog loves to explore. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the lock mechanism ocassional have issues and the handle is little bit heavy. Still. I think is good option at a decent price.
