Excellent slip lead for my 100lb dog. The thinnner rope allows for better control of the dog. When secured properly and high behind ears he is not able to pull. Very pretty color too.

I have a Shih Tzu and she loves to play with those rope toys. They seem to be sturdy and well made, and have fun colors. I would recommend them as dog toys.

This is the only leash I have been able to use on my 100 lb dog that she doesn’t tug and pull. Highly recommend for anyone who’s dog or pup is a let’s drag my human type of dog. Wish I found this when she was a pup.

Love this leash! Stops my dog just like a seatbelt keeps you from flying onto dashboard. Lightweight, reflective, and has a place to attach potty (wouldn’t let me put #2) bag holders. Two thumbs and 4 paws up.

Works good. Rope is a little stiff but I assume in time with use it will relax. I have to say most videos on how to use this type of leash are terrible. They show it put around the dogs neck which is a big no-no!!’ It should be snug around the head just behind the ears and stay there using the black slider to keep smug and in place.

The braking function is great when it works. I just wish it would work when the dog walks to the end of the leash and then starts pulling. I'm no longer using any retractable leash to run my dog since 2 have broken. The Fide leash is only used to let the dog out in the front yard. We may try one of the other leashes to let him run when he's better behaved--16 ft. just isn't long enough for him to have a good run.

By far the best retractable leash out there. I cant read puppers mind. For the most part he is great. But he is so a dog lol This leash helps save my shoulder from when his doggo brain kicks in and all 60lbs of furface decides to go the other direction. SQUIRREL!!!!! Second one owned (1st one was my fault. I ran over the handle... But it still worked flawless)

This leash is amazing! I have a Great Dane named Rico and he is quite the puller! This darn thing works great! It kind of works like a seatbelt, when Rico sees a bunny and he tries to take off running, this thing stops him before he even gets the chance! I love my purchase and definitely recommend it to my fellow dog-loving friends.

I love this rope! My dog chews through everything in minutes, but she not only loves playing tug-of-war with me, but she also likes playing with it and throwing it around by herself in the backyard, and it’s been over a week and so far she has not been able to chew through it; yes! I bought this because the latch on my other leash broke. This latch is well made and easy to work with. Seems like it will not break, will last, and be secure. The leash is a little shorter than I expected, but not so much that I would return it.

I walk dogs (mostly pit bulls) 3 times a week as a volunteer for a city animal shelter. This is my second slip lead from this brand, the first lasted 6 months which I consider to be pretty good considering the gnawing and tugging some of the less well behaved dogs gave it. Even pretty frayed up I still could tell it wasn't going to break. Well made. When this one wears out I'll buy a third from this seller.

Great little leash. A little awkward to lock (have to push the little button in front to lock, then release to unlock), but all retractable leashes are like that, so it's not a big deal. Works great.

We go to a different park every day and want our basset hound to have the ability to sniff father than our regular leash was allowing. This lets him explore. It has a plastic covered wire at the very end so he can lead us. He like to do that. A good buy. The mechanism works well. We bought the big hand one so all in our family can use it comfortably. I just got this and used it all day yesterday and today and am in LOVE. My puppy was constantly pulling other retractable leashes out of my hands and then running away. That doesn't happen with this leash! Please make it in a 26' length!!!

Preforms excellent! We have a 25 pound Cocker Spaniel and he likes to run when he's out side, and if your not paying attention he almost jerks your arm out of your shoulder with a standard leash. I have a pitt/lab mix. He's 118lbs. And a 97lb pointer. Most ropes last less than a day with these guys. This is the only one I've found that last a few weeks to a month. I know that may not seem long, but when you compare it to the hours to days all others last then it's a great rope for the boys.

I have three dogs and walking them when it gets late or dark makes it hard to see where they have dropped their waste. Trying to hold 3 leashes and a phone or flash light is difficult. The lights on these leashes are great and make life a lot easier.

An extension to the leash that is bite-resistant. This accessory is not in the description. The accessory is great for puppies and new-to-you dogs. Simple coloring is exactly what I was looking for.
