This leash is for a high energy australian shepherd who pulls like crazy. Perfect width, length and it's comfortable to hold. Also, when my dog pulls, the latch so far has been very solid and I'm pretty sure it will remain a solid hold to the dog's harness. I'm very happy with it and was appropriately priced compared to other leashes that didn't have exactly what I needed in a leash.

I tried several brands. They were either too big or the hand area was too small. I am 5ft and 98 lbs. I bought the medium, even though I have mini dachshunds. The med was wider then the small. These are perfect!

This harness is great, it was exactly what I was looking for and was better quality than I was expecting. It seems very well built and quality parts This isn't an all day(s) hiking backpack, so dont buy it thinking your going to have tons of storage. I don't think it's designed for that. Product worked as advertised. It was strong enough for our heavy set puppy who doesn't want to be trained. The lease keeps a strong hold and if she tries to run the line will retract to catch her. It gives me time to lock her down.

The FIDA Retractable AutoBrake Dog Leash is better than any other retractable dog leash I've tried and it does autobrake when my dog takes off suddenly BUT it doesn't completely lock up. She's a 50 lbs pit mix and she's very strong and even though I got the leash for the next weight class up when she takes off the leash will lock up but she still manages to pull a little but of length out anyway. Regardless I would buy again.

This harness is true to it's size. Go by the measuring chart. I like how it sits high off the shoulders. Adjustments are sturdy and doesn't bulk. I like that I can tuck the saddle bags away and there is a small pouch for doggy bags.

Good quality, sturdy, and comfortable. It's taken me 2 years to find the perfect harness for my huge and very strong 80 lbs. male standard poodle. This harness is great. It's of good quality and functional. Can't speak for durability because we've only had it a couple of months, but we are optimistic it will hold up for at least a couple of years:)

Nice heavy duty harness. Strong metal rings at front and back attachment points, The handle on the back is great for extra control, and comfortable for larger hands. Doody bag dispenser is very handy. Love the stowable cargo bags. Available when need without making my girl look like some K9 Rambo wannabe the rest of the time.

This is my second order of this harness. It is very heavy duty and has not failed or torn, despite an 85 pound dog pulling against it with all his might. This harness has been a lifesaver.

A good lead. Our dog is generally well behaved on the lead but on sight of other dogs he can pull at a moments notice. The auto brake feature works well and is similar to a seat belt. If you pull slowly it's fine but if a hard/fast pull is made it locks up. Good lead and good quality.

I bought this to stop my small but strong dog when it sees a friend and lunges. Otherwise I am not a real fan. It is heavy and uses a tape that can tangle around legs rather more than a rope. Still, it does what it says it will do and I am thankful for that.

Pros: Smooth - wow is this thing smooth! I have a retractible one with a wire and it can be a little jerky. This one is butter smooth. I was worried that the thicker ribbon would be worse than the string but it isnt. Brake - That brake really works great! I have 2 akitas which both pull like a train on a harness. The male akita use to walk with a similar rope lead to these but misplaced it so used harness. Tried them on these leads as brought 2 and the change in them was great even my 10 year old daughter held them after abit will continue to use these leads in the hope to correct there behaviour the harness caused

Amazing 120 pound rottweiler that pulled with the prong collar but tried this product and it worked on him stopped pulling only till he sees another dog but i have more control im am so happy i can take him for walks.

Bought this harness to replace the Julius K-9 harness to try to curb my 60 lb lab pulling on the leash. She has had all kinds of training but I just cannot stop her being at the end of the leash and pulling. It is not a "cure" but has helped a lot and makes walking so much more pleasant. I use the front clip for the first few blocks and then when she has settled a bit I can switch to the top clip.

Was hesitant about this being sturdy enough for my large dog. Loved that it is also a day pack with the hidden packs included. This is so well made that my dog felt comfortable, well fitted, and could pull without hurting this harness. Fit is fabulous. Well made beyond belief. Love that Banjo can carry her water bottle and bowl. Sturdy made, but not too heavy for hiking. Will purchase another for our other dog.

It was really hard to find a sturdy harness for my backpacking dachshund. Super glad I gave this one a try before giving up. He wore it for a 27 mile trip and ended with zero rub marks/hot spots. You of course always want to do some practice runs to make sure you have the right adjustment before doing a long hike. Also, I like that there are multiple points to clip the lease. I have multiple leashes and this one is my go-to every time! I’ve even bought extras to give to friends who have dogs that pull when they walk and they are amazed at how well it works. If it gets dirty, I just toss it in the washing machine and it comes out like new. This is my favorite leash to use when walking my dog!

The autobrake function on this lead works really well on my dog who tends to pull when they change their mind and all of a sudden want to go home because of fear issues. The lead is well made though the handle is a little small, it could be a bit wider.

Our dog is over 85 lbs, so I'm pretty happy with how sturdy this leash seems to be. He's not a huge puller, but he's very strong and I'm not concerned about the leash giving way or breaking.
