The Odin is a great machine for the money and perfect for those just starting out. It is not the cheapest printer out there but is a great value. It has the features and quality to make stunning prints. Other printers in this price range don't have dual Z's or a direct drive extruder. It’s a great printer! It doesn’t everything that it claims. I can’t wait for more support to be added through cura and prusa. As of now I’m using the fokoos slicer.

My husband got me the 10w laser engraver. It broke with a little bit of use. I emailed customer service. They helped walked me through on possible fixes for the laser, when none of the possible fixes worked they sent me a new engraver and it works great. This is my first 3d printer so I was a little apprehensive. However, the Odin was easy to assemble and the first print turned out fine as seen in the photo. Just remember to level the bed and properly preheat the bed and nozzle.

The packaging was thorough. The setup was fast. The included filament, while a small roll, was of good quality. I printed several nice looking prints on this machine with no hassle. Then, the bed became warped to where I could not print successfully. I let the machine sit until I had to to mount an auto-bed-level sensor. Absolutely wonderful experience out of the box! The retail packaging is very nice, the instructions made assembly very simple. Included safety glasses were high quality. Definitely recommend this!

I don't know if it's standard or I just hit the jackpot but I don't think mine was ever opened. Everything was still factory wrapped and in excellent / (like?) new condition. It was very easy to assemble and get printing! If they are all like this, I definitely recommend! The printer has been through several hours or printing and hasn't failed. It is worth every cent of the $120 gamble I took on it!

I love my printer, it literally took 20 mins to setup straight out of the box. I figured out the secret to leveling it and after that I test printed the owl. I’m not going to lie, since opening it I have only printed the owl, the tug boat, and part of the two owls together. 3/4’s of the way thru the print; it became unstuck to the hot-bed and got all messed up (as I was not properly supervising the print); and I haven’t printed anything since then. Mine was all complete, but not "perfect". I had to fix a couple of issues, mostly loose rollers, which is probably why it was returned. If you don't know anything about printers, this is a very good option for you, but don't expect to just take ANY printer out of the box and just start printing, you are still going to have to check some things on the printer. Horrible horrible experience!!! Nothing but problems with this 3d printer, let me list a few… 1. Won’t even load the filament like it’s already clogged… 2. The touch screen is extremely poor hardly responsive especially on the corners. 3. The machine dose not respond to WiFi like it’s supposed to, to hook up to the app EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!! 4. Absolutely the best printer for under $300. I have never seen, or could have even believed, that a printer could do this level of quality for this price point. I am blown away. I bought an Ender 3 V2 and upgraded it to less than what this has for around $500. You will not get an easier set-up or better value out of the box on any other FDM printer. Is it quiet? YES! Has worked well on thin wood. Has some scorching but with a little sanding the wood turns out okay. I have tried to cut acrylic which it is supposed to cut. I have followed the materials list provided on how to do it but the cutter won’t actually make it through the acrylic. I emailed customer support but have not heard back. Would go with another company next time that has support for their products and advertises it correctly.
