Mine was all complete, but not "perfect". I had to fix a couple of issues, mostly loose rollers, which is probably why it was returned. If you don't know anything about printers, this is a very good option for you, but don't expect to just take ANY printer out of the box and just start printing, you are still going to have to check some things on the printer.
