I was expecting to need help carrying the 4 drawer up the stairs but it was very light. So light in fact I was a bit worried it would fall over. But that was not the case. I have a farmhouse and am using as a bedside table. The draws do not have smooth mechanics but it is adequate for my needs. It is attractive... I think I will coat top with semi gloss Poly for protection from water glass. All in all it was worth the $116 dollars paid.
