I love the ornaments, they are lightweight and perfectly cut. I do have one issue. I ordered one with the name 'Tim', and the font style makes it look like 'Jim". Is there a possibility of altering the font? (I don't think there is, but thought I'd ask). If not, I'd like to order another with the name Timothy. Please let me know the best way to handle this.

The iems were packed very well and the irems were perfect. I wish I had paid closer attention when ordering because I wanted ornaments with a bow at the top for the females, and without for the males. I had the amounts selected correctly, but thought the picture show was what I was ordering. It was not. They are exactly the same with no bow. Entirely my fault....but be careful when selecting the style number, it doesn't coordinate with the picture.
