Running on the winflo7 caught me by surprise. Coming from the Pegasus 37, the winflo7 provided a new experience... The higher stack and wider midsole softfoam (cushlon from what I read) made my runs more stable, add to that 2 zoom airbags (forefoot and heel), it added more pop and comfort to each step, whether it's walking or running. The traction on the Kyrie Low 3 uses the same pattern as the previous model and it works very well. The bite is great on clean courts and pretty good on dust. It also reuses the cushion setup from the Kyrie Low 2 and it is underwhelming. The two Zoom units aren't very bouncy or comfortable but they provide a lot of court feel and responsiveness. The materials are an upgrade over the Kyrie Low 2 and are better for containment and comfort.

This model is true to size. I'm a 7 1/2. It's just exact with socks. The support on the inner arch is very noticeable. This has good shock absorption and the stretchy material of the upper makes the shoes comfortable on the feet. A really good buy. HOKA was recommended by my foot doctor for my tarsal tunnel syndrome.

Nothing to worry tho because they have an excellent email support and they helped me arranged my replacement and so I was able to return it. Prob the best upgrade of the AE 1s, lighter, better consistency of traction and they got rid of the heel slippage, although the laces might be long I eventually found a solution for it. I like the neutral colors of this colorway. 10/10, must try again

Nike Terra Kiger 6 is your typical racing flat on trails. It does not disappoint with its superior grip and traction on most trail surfaces. It’s a lightweight and fast shoes and has ample support given its lightweight built. The only quirk I see is that its not meant for those with wider feet since it has a more compact built on the toe area.
