At first didn't notice any difference from stock coil packs had a misfire re applied boot/ dielectric grease on #7 cylinder now definitely feel the low end response and more mpg as well got 390 miles off one tank 6.1 hemi .

Definitely breathing better. Not really noticeable on any performance gain. Have this and the Cat back exhaust. Next is the Long tube headers to complete the package.

My coolant temperatures were getting really high for a while and I found that the Omix-ADA replacement that was installed actually didn't open, or open fully until the engine got really hot. I'm talking 230F plus. Additionally, it has a massive rubber seal that may inhibit flow. The RIPP unit is identical to the MOPAR Thermostat except that it opens at 180F, not 203F. It's designed for the correct flow.

I have a 16 Tacoma TRD Off Road, re-geared to 4.88, and with plenty of upgrades (roof rack, bed rack, bed box, tent, under armor, inner storage... aka extra weight) and ECU update from OVTune aftermarket tune program specific for octane, wheel size, 4.88 gears. Credit to RIPP for stocking a component such as this that can be used on supercharger kits that are no longer in production. Unfortunately, the item was sent to the wrong address initially and it took about a week for everything to be sorted out and me to receive the part. Great product! Quality control needs to check to see that all the components are in the box before shipping. 1 Bolt was missing from a coil pack. had to mix and match the old and new to complete the install.

I just installed the coil packs, they’ve been in for a week. So for no complaints. I’ve noticed about a 2 MPG increase with my 14 mile round trip commute to work within the city. I am using 91 octane fuel, which right now in AZ in not cheap. (FJB) I honestly can’t say I feel a difference in power, if anything the small lag you’d feel when accelerating is minimal now. About 90 mins for the install. The 4 runner seems to rev faster and on a recent 500 mile drive, I did see about a 1 mpg gain. Any mpg gain will eventually pay for the coils. I run 285/70s and a lift and needed any power possible. They seem to help

Great product, but I wish it was rated at 185. I have these in 2 vehicles, and in cooler weather, the coolant temp averages 177 - 180 and trips the CEL. But the product does what its supposed to do.

They fit well, sound good. I would have liked to see a little more room between rock shields. Building block spacers to lower another 1/4 inch. Runs great after tuner install, really woke it up.

Easy install overall. It can be tricky getting the spark plug wires around the back of the engine. More dielectric grease than provided would be an asset. Before install, I was experiencing misfire codes at higher rpm's and heavy pedal. I don't have those issues now. The bottom end of the throttle response suggests increased low end torque. A well made and high quality product! I love that you don’t have to cut the stock PCV tube to make it work like another company’s. After 2 tanks of gas it had already started to collect oil so it’s absolutely doing it’s job and I can’t wait to see what it collects after 2.5k and 5k miles.
