Really happy with the performance. Don't go into it thinking you are going to get supercharger results, because it's not. But can't beat it for the money. Easy to install, and I got over a mile per gallon increase.

So far so good. Seems like a noticeable difference in the midrange. I also did a Flowmaster exhaust and Coldair intake 33’ and a leveling kit all at the same time. Definitely a great trio combo. Next is the KDMax tune end of the month. So far good to go👍 Heading to beach tomorrow so hopefully decent mpg.

Performance is just as expected Powder coating is exceptional, unfortunately, there was no masking used. Overspray inside the intake and intercooler, which made for 2 hours of removal. Instructions are very out of date (2021), however they mentioned they were in the process of updating various manuals. Power is constant throughout, so don’t expect a turbo type of jump. Definitely helps the 3.8 Jeep where it needs it the most, maintaining speed up small hills without downshifting, being able to stay in overdrive (auto 4 speed) a lot longer and acceleration. I would highly recommend the resonator. Boost seems to really come on strong around 3K RPMS and without the resonator it sounds like a rice burner tuner car with a fart can on it at higher rpms. The ONLY issue I had was the fact I didnt get the PCV valve. I would have paid extra for it to be included with the kit. I did an install video on my YouTube channel "darronthemastodon". Had to improvise a little bit since I didnt have the PCV valve. Other than that, I definitely recommend it. It's a nice addition to the car.

The product is pretty good, I think it could be improved. The hoses could have the Jeep OEM connectors for the air lines. The bolts that connect the bracket to the catch can are too short... I had to get new bolts. Other than that it’s pretty good.

I have only had it installed for a couple days, but I know they work and I'm happy to have one on my 2018 Dodge charger GT plus The only negative was, I didn't receive the bolt that attaches it to the car, luckily I had a match (cause I save nuts and bolts)

Rip is the best place if you want to up grade your car. Kits come complete take about a day to install and I’m no mechanic and then you’re keeping up with the big boys.

Instant power and response. I have them installed in my JK and Grand Cherokee both demonstrate instant response and my gas mileage went up as well. Well worth the price and would recommend them for all Jeep products!!!

2018 SXT. I had 3 thermostats from the part stores and each only lasted on 3 or 4 moths before it locks up and do not open. I have only been using RiPPs for about a month. The car runs cooler and hopefully, it's longevity is better that the Part stores.

Definitely I notice a improve in general, pairing with a NGK laser iridium spark plug and cleaning of the throttle body and pedal commander (city +1 config), it feels more quiet and peppy reaches highway speeds more effortlessly than stock, slightly improve on mpg, Nice job RIPP!

Overall I think the coils do make a difference. I have noticed better fuel mileage. Hard to feel such a little power increase, but it does feel that the throttle response is a little better.

Install was a breeze (after removing intake plenum) direct plug and play. Seemed like it took a couple days for transmission to re-learn it’s shift points, but I noticed it’s holding higher end gears better and certainly more throttle response on the lower end. But c’mon RIPP, no stickers!?!? I fee cheated of like 50 HP!!!!

Install with vehicle on a lift. Save intensive labor hours. Do not use impact gun to tighten exhaust clamps. Wrap cross member bars with titanium exhaust wrap or whatever you choose for high heat applications. Exhaust may rattle with hard bumps on the road if bars are not insulated. TRUE INCREASE IN HP GAINS. Deeper tone and rasp. Looks hundred times better than OEM. GREAT QUALITY AND CRAFTMANSHIP.

These weren't the easiest to get to on my 17' wk2 Laredo, but it wasn't horrible. Everyone suggested to get the ngk plugs so I did. Installed my CAI as well while everything was apart. Bough a used set of these Ripp headers, have had experience with headers for over 40 years, and these headers designed and built better than any header I have ever installed. Couple them with the cat back exhaust, and Diablo tuner, and all I have to say is WOW!!

Love the Coils, Your coils defiantly work well with the NGK Ruthenium HX plugs. Night and day differences in throttle response, little more hp there (havent had it tested, ) but do notice a difference. Still checking on MPG, So Far very satisfied with the coils

I was debating on getting the hush resonator and boy am I glad I didn’t. I have the full exhaust from rips and the headers . At idle my jeep sounds mean and you don’t hear that Annoying drone noice at cruising speeds. You can tell a difference in performance as well. Very surprised and in love with these coil packs, saw an instant increase in mpg in my 6speed jku, while shifting up through third I notice it wants to start off the line much easier making it so I have to give it less gas due to the increased low end performance. Highly recommend!!

There are not many power upgrades available for the 2.7l Taco besides a turbo, but this is a reasonable and affordable way to make your truck feel more peppy. I changed out my spark plugs, installed these coils, as well as delete the airbox inside the fender(Basically free cold air intake) and it feels more attentive, higher smother revs, and just gives me more confidence that I might stand a chance at beating a pruis in a drag race.

Manual tacoma here, with pedal command of your choice, the coils make a nice difference… Rolling stops in second gear is just fantastic and where you feel the difference. Hope they last forever! Ripp supercharger works good if you want to go drag racing not very good for every day driving. I had to buy the "High Altitude pulley and belt kit at an added expense so it would make power at lower rpms normal highway speeds the High Altitude pulley should be on every supercharger Ripp sells in my opinion. PS. I Own a 2009 JK wrangler with a manual transmission.
