It's beautiful for a start and extremely comfortable to wear. Easy access to all my frequently used items is another thing I love and its so strong and well made. I love it so much. I have two crossbody bags too.

This Tote has a fabulous range of storage options inside it and is beautifully made, especially for travelling. It is easy to draw in its sides to have it comply with handbag-size requirements for carry-on luggage. But it also holds a lot of items, and the handles are sturdy and stay up on your shoulder. Overall, a great bag for a variety of uses.

Great little bag with a bigger capacity than appears. And the strap to hold extra jumper or mat for yoga is really handy. Haven’t had to test for cleaning, but I have travelled with other items from Bagsmart, all worked very well.

Absolutely love my laptop bag! It not only is so cute but it fits my mouse, gaming headphones, gaming mat and all the cords in it aswell! Definitely recommend this bag! You won’t be disappointed!

haven’t taken it away yet it’s easy to pack and seems quite flexible my only criticism is that the retaining straps in the main compartment could be able to be tightened more

I had a very good experience dealing with the customer service team. My bag was as stolen in an Australia Post vehicle and never arrived and Bagsmart was happy to send a replacement straight away. Also a great and very practical bag for my baby. 😊

If you are uming and ahing whether or not you should get it, just do it! They're great! They compact your clothes and really, really help with organisation. Plus, I've noticed they dont get smelly from having diry clothes in them too! Some of the reviews complain about the zip getting stuck on the material - that only happened to me once and I was able to fix it. Just be gentle with it and you'll be fine!

Have 4 sets of cubes - a different colour for every member in the family. Make packing so much easier and neater and everyone knows which one is his or hers.

I bought these for a euro trip and they organised my luggage so well it’s great and the show bag doubles as a draw string bag and I’m using it as a laundry bag which makes it so easy to take my laundry to a laundromat and wash it without lugging around a giant laundry bag

The soft fabric seems like a bad idea at first, but after a couple of uses it changed my mind as that makes it a much more compact shape daily laptop bag when I want it to. Mostly using it for cycling/commuting to and from work, easily fits my casual clothes, thin bath towel, size 11 runners and a laptop without extending.

My partner used these on a recent overseas trip and I was very impressed with how much they helped. Enough for her to use a smaller suitcase, which is always a bonus 👍

Bought this bag to use for work and it’s been very successful ! I can fit my laptop in amongst other items for work and carry it comfortably on my back whilst commuting to and from work! Looks stylish too! Highly recommend this bag!

Great to take when travelling as it easily hooks over bathroom rail or doorknob rather than sitting on what can be limited space. Toiletries easily accessible when hung with lid unzipped

Ordered this back pac as am going overseas and wanted something easy to carry. Took it on a short trip for 5 days and it was brilliant. Would like to buy the drink holder but will look into that.

These saved me and my suitcase. They compress very well, and I love the handle on the top for easily moving them between bags etc. I’m also definitely going to use the little label spot next time, which is a very useful addition.

The size if great. Plenty of room for ALL the items I need when travelling ….saves taking 2 or even 3 separate cosmetic bags! Easy access as I Can stand items up, so when it’s open, I’m not burrowing through looking for things.

Weekend away called for one smallish bag. Never fear, I filled each bag, making packing a breeze AND as the weekend wore on & I used the contents of the larger bags, I transferred all the dirty washing in the empty bag making unpacking a breeze too! Can’t wait to see how the go on our extended trip later this year.

A genuinely well designed back pack, as well as being exceptionally stylish. I took it to the Solomon Islands for work as a carry on airlines bag with the important equipment - personal laptop, mobile phone, jumper, toiletries, bottle of water, notebooks and training materials. All arrived safely with me at the other side of the world. Indeed this back pack bag is really sturdy.

I recently received my new toiletries bag,only days before we left to holiday in Qld,I found the bag EXCELLENT, I could pack ALL my special face creams etc neatly together, with plenty of room for more! Yes it is good only thing I may suggest is change the inner color lining to a darker shade As I feel it may get marked due to make up on hands etc

great bag! i got smaller size (18L) and can comfortable fit my laptop, ipad, workbooks, drink bottle, snacks and glasses!!! Plus can squeeze in a jumper and the zipper will still zip up. Super durable, and easy to clean. Could not recommend more for uni!!!!

It has many different type of space help you easily organise your stuffs. But the where you put your shoes shares the same space of the main storage area, which means if you want to carry sneakers the less clothes you can carry. Other than that it's awesome
