Consistent and quality product every time. Shipping is usually pretty quick! However, without fail, our box arrives looking like it’s been dragged down the highway for the duration of the shipping. It’s never affected the actual containers, but more and more the tins are bent or crunched. They’ve yet to be opened/cracked, so it’s still been fine. I just don’t understand the “fragile” tape all over the box when it still looks like that…

The product works well for my Toddler who has a milk and soy allergy. However, my package took 2 weeks to receive and the only way I could communicate was through email. My Toddler ended up having to use other products during this time which caused GI issues. The distributor needs better communication methods and has offered nothing for the mess up.

When I order it gets to my Granddaughter in a couple of days, my Great Granddaughter ls allergic to a lot of things.
