We bought the Busy Baby mat as a gift for our daughter but, in reality, it’s more of a gift for us! We love that her cup and spoon stay tethered to the mat. We also love how versatile it is. We’ve brought it to restaurants, family’s houses, grocery shopping, and more. It’s great for dining out or tethering toys when we’re out and about. I recommend it to everyone who’s got a little one. I bought the busy baby mat for my baby when she was 4 1/2 months old. Before the mat she didn’t really play a lot with her hands, but after one use with the mat it was like a light bulb went off and she wants to play with all her toys now. This little mat is a life saver! One of the only things that keeps my little one happy and entertained so I can get some things done. I love this mat. It’s great for feeding time, it’s great for playing time, and it’s even great for traveling time! I also detach the tethers and use them (with supervision) in other areas, like on his jumper. It was too big for his walker but still did the job and stayed on with only 2 out of 4 suctions on the walker! I decided to purchase the mini mat, main purpose was to stay on his walker- LOVE it! Where was this when my other two were small?! The tether works around our sippy cup (tomme tippy, it has an indebted bottom), that alone is worth all the money!
