I purchased this for my wife. She has rheumatoid arthritis and recently developed psoriasis and some hair loss from one of her medications. I put the sea moss in her coffee every morning. She likes it and says it makes her feel better. Love that it's from nature. The packaging and everything was nice. The only negative is the shipping. If you had a US based distributor that would be great. The shipping is very expensive to the US.
