Ordered the set in January and finally opened the package in March once the weather broke. Discovered that part of the sectional was missing, disappointing as we were hosting that weekend and did not have the complete set as originally ordered. My goal was to avoid ordering from overstock but instead directly from Cosiest to avoid exactly this.

Very dissatisfied with purchased item. Description showed and stated the fire pit came with glass surround and propane tank table... instead I received no glass surround and a simple tank stand/ring that is not shown or described anywhere. Bait and switch at its best!

Don’t like the chairs because the cushion on the back slips out !! It does not stay in place when you sit down . Seems like you needed to put a solid back ! Quality is not great would not recommend or buy again!

The set looks great but comfort wise not. The padding in the cushions are slim making the cushions slouch down and you feel the bars against your back. If I can find a padding replacement I’ll be happy.

Cushions are not thick enough, bottom cushion does not cover rail on frame so metal digs in to your thigh and knee area. Also too low to the ground, should sit about 4to 6 inches higher. Cute on patio but not comfortable at all.

We searched for a reasonably priced set. This set is reasonable priced, when it is on sale. It is comfortable enough. It is nice looking. It is easy to assemble. The cushions slide around because the Velcro that is supposed to keep them in place is only attached to the cushion. The piece that goes on the furniture base is supposed to simply be threaded through the wicker and comes undone whenever the cushions are removed. The cushions are fine to sit on as long as they are dry. If they get wet, ...
