Not bad - but beware: the belt will begin to rub inside the flywheel mechanism. You can see this by looking underneath - you will see black rubber 'dust' or filings. I have had the belt replaced once already - and its now doing it again. I would probably recommend looking at some more robust alternatives. Also - FitDisplay no longer works and this unit doesn't appear to be compatible with @zone.

The design of the cycle and the quality of the manufacture are great. It was relatively easy to assemble on my own for my home gym with good instructions online. My only problem has been the lack of easily accessible information on line or elsewhere is how to fully use the monitor. Trial and error only takes me so far and means I am not using to the potential of the product.

The treadmill is easy to assemble and use in its most basic manual mode. I have been unable to use the programs as the operating manual was missing. I contacted support and after 6 weeks they came back to me and said they don’t have a hard or soft copy to send me. Not a great service as most other manufacturers have online manuals. Very disappointed.
