It feels longer than 19cm which great as its not as tight on my wrist. The only fault I would say is the padlock clasp is quiet loose for something brand new. Otherwise I love it. I'd be grateful if the store could even be in contact to arrange possible fix/adjustment to the padlock as I don't want to lose it.
