I received the large box of cocoa pods from Miami Fruit with great anticipation. I then cut open the pods, collected and tasted the cocoa seeds, yummy sweet tart taste, fermented the beans for 10 days, dried the beans in the sun for three days, oven roasted, and hand winnowed the chocolate beans from the husk to produce these beautiful cocoa beans.
