Holy moly, this was so much fruit! I am used to the $2 a piece passion fruit prices up in the North East, so imagine my surprise when I got what seemed like two hundred-ish passion fruit for way less than supermarket prices! It ended up being too much fruit! So I juiced it and made fancy, non-alcoholic cocktails with it (the Alinea Group’s book zero has a very scrummy one involving cinnamon, passion fruit purée, black rice broth, baking soda and citric acid to make it self-carbonate).
