Very easy to design, and the price was very reasonable for a custom hat! Was extremely happy with how the hat turned out when I received it! Excited to wear as an alternative duty hat!

Was very excited and pleased to receive this hat. The design turned out just the way I intended it to be and it shipped reasonably quick. My only complaint was with the hose part of the hat collecting dust and sediment, unsure if this occurred during the production or shipping. Overall I enjoy my purchase and will choose to customize more in the future!

I’ve gotten hats from West Broad before, but this one takes the cake! You can tell they put their all into making sure each hat is 110% what you ask for.

Following the add on tic tok made it a little hard because if something made me stop I lost my spot. Once I got on the website it was super fast and easy

Can’t rush a good thing. Waited 20 days to receive but it was well worth it. Walked into the fire house and everyone noticed and wanted to know where I got it. Our department buys us hats but they are nothing like this one. My next order will be for 20 more so all the guys have one. Can’t wait to give them a late Xmas present or a Happy New Year gift!!!

This is the second time I’ve bought hats for my shift. 2/3’s of my department has them now and loves them. The other shift wants to know when I’m transferring to their unit so they can get hats at Christmas!
