This thing is a beast. I am no professional chef, but I am a longtime hunter. I have taken this on a couple trips, and it has evolved into my go-to knife. I simply love that it can do very well at the butcher block, but yesterday hold up to the random needs I may have in the bush. Why carry two knives?I obviously joke a bit, as each knife has its place, but this one can do the trick of many. Holds a very sharp edge, and is strong beyond my expectations. Seriously great buy...
