The packaging is well thought out. I use only distilled water and the water “feels” lighter after it swirls in the Mayu. The base and carafe capture everyone’s attention. Easy to charge the base. The top of the carafe is very narrow, so I’m hoping I can figure out a way to clean without breaking it. I have an expensive crystal water decanter and I now use the Mayu so much more. I only want to drink water from the Mayu. Thank you for a beautiful product.

My whole family loves our swirl. The packaging and bottle are both beautiful and we really like drinking water from it. Our friends told us it's almost meditative watching the swirl running. I would absolutely recommend it. Thanks, Mayu Swirl for bringing this product to the market.

I was referred by a friend and thought it was pretty, but kind of gimmiky. . . . He recommended the Essential Blend and so I got that too (why not, it's just a click of the mouse. . .). I've been drinking from it and really enjoying it. Then, I had a glass of regular tap water and realized how much I have been loving it!! Boy, what a difference! It is clean and crisp and super yummy. . .oh, and pretty! I sent him a text that Mayu water is the BOMB!!

I purchased one Maya as a kickstarter backer. I just purchased two more, one for each of my adult kids and their families. It is such an amazing product that makes our water taste better. The photo shows 2 loaves of gluten-free 100% rye bread made with water from the Mayu! Thanks so much. One of the best kickstarter projects I have ever backed.

I was very pleased with the thoughtful ness of package design, and attention to detail regarding the way that forms affect the structure of water. I feel the entire product is “calibrated” to positively affect water. So far I thought it was going to be a gimmick but I was quickly por at ease. Not only does it do what it was built to do but it is also a conversation piece. My wife is a "water snob" and she loves it. We have a reverse osmosis at home and Mayu helps it taste much better than the spout.

I love my new mayu and plan to get one for work. I use distilled water that has been stored in a copper vessel. The water is so smooth and refreshing. I can really feel and taste the difference. Especially if i magnetize the water with my vowel intonations

My tap water has a strong chlorine smell. I bought mayu to get rid of it and I did well. The swirl is mesmerizing. The whole object is beautiful. I like my mayu a lot, I need a second one :) The client service is great, I accidentally broke my vessel, I received a new one within a week.

The first one was very thin and easy break. So they have been redesigned it. One thing I don’t like they put stainless screw part at the bottom of carafe

It's amazing how different the water tastes! There's also something mesmerizing about watching the water churn the way it does. The more water the container holds, the stronger the spin. Thinking this might be a good gift for people this year.

You specifically do not want to drink out of plastic or metal, or you simply enjoy the heft and presence of a glass bottle. The silicone sleeve allows you not to drop the bottle. The cap fitting perfect, you do not need to use any force to close and the water does not flow so you can carry it in any bag.

Guys, for the first month-and-a-half of owning my Mayu, I LOVED it. I loved it to death, apparently... I ran it a lot (I/we drink a lot of water) - it definitely eliminated the chemical flavor from our Brita-filtered-Chicago-tap-water - but it conked out about 6 weeks in. I'm considering getting another, and will be more judicious in its use... but it would also be excellent if the inner mechanisms could somehow be built more robustly. I hope Mayu becomes as ubiquitous as Brita...
