One of my children really likes these gummies. I haven’t seen any impact from her but it may take a little more time. My other child refuses to eat them. He did try but he’s very picky. Overall I would suggest people trying them.

The tablets were sour and I had to grind them to a powder add a little hot water to completely dissolve to sneak into her milk that's a lot of work.
