Fantastic pancakes! I used Madagascar vanilla because I didn’t have the almond flavor. We liked the vanilla better after trying the almond flavoring the next day. The pancakes came out light, fluffy and delicious. We had about a cup left on the batter, so I refrigerated it. The next morning I incorporated it into the new batch of batter…don’t do that… it made the pancakes super thin and pasty. If using saved batter always add a little more flour and baking powder sifted together one tables...

I wasn't sure we would like this Apple Cinnamon pancake mix, but it was very good. You really didn't have to put syrup on it but of course we did. If you're on the fence about Cousin T's pancake mixes take it from me they are really good. I prefer to make the gourmet version on the back of the box. Great Product & Really good person.

Amazing Gluten Free Pancake mix. Let the mix set awhile, it is even better. Love the syrup also. My husband can not tell the difference between Gluten Free or Original mix. Well, I have purchased 3 boxes of this cornbread. I made the cornbread and a meal for my daughter and and family after their new baby arrived. They loved it so much they wanted the recipe (I normally cook/bake from scratch). So when I told them it was Cousin T's they wanted more. I love the pancakes and the maple syrup. I like to put the butter and syrup on the plate first and microwave it till the butter melts and the syrup is hot. Then add the hot pancakes right off the griddle to the plate of melted butter and syrup. Everything from plate to pancakes stays nice and hot longer. Great breakfast Thanks, Carl D.
